Shipping & return policy

Qualiteam ships using Express courier services from its production facility in Italy or when possible, from a warehouse nearest to the destination. Under normal circumstances orders received by 15:00 (3 pm) Central European time will be shipped out the same day.  Orders received after the 15:00 cutoff time may still go out the same day, however it is not guaranteed. Our normal shipping time is within 24-48 hours (depending on the geographical area to ship to) for orders received from Monday to Thursday. Orders received Friday- Sunday will be received within 48-72 hours again depending on the geographical area.

 

Return Policy

It is important for us that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
If the unlikely should happen that you receive a product damaged during delivery we will replace it on our expense.

Our 30 days guarantee:

If the product is unused, clean and still in its original sealed packaging you may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt.
Within 30 days of receiving your order, if you are not satisfied with its performance you may contact us to request an exchange or a refund.

 

Important: 

We recommend that you discuss the use of our products with your physician, or other healthcare provider, prior to purchasing. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of orders when healthcare providers or other people recommend against using our products. 

 

Return Process

To return a product, the above conditions must be met.
Furthermore, we require that all returns follow these instructions for proper processing:

- Fill in the Return Authorisation Number Request Form on this page here:

- After the form is submitted, if conditions are met, we will issue a Return Authorisation Number.

 

- We must receive the product within 15 days of a Return Authorization Number being issued.

 

- Products must be sent with the RAN number clearly mentioned in order to be credited.

 

- The shipping address for the return will be provided together with the RAN number. 

 

 

Refunds:

All credits will be given after receipt and inspection for approval.

Refunds only apply to products purchased. Shipping costs can not be refunded. 

Cancellations: If you cancel your order after it has already shipped we will consider it a return and the above policies apply.
